SCALING AND POLISHING
Scale, which forms in different quantities and colour in each individual, should be thoroughly removed. The removal is done with an ultrasonic device and is followed by a light polishing.
Dentourist uses a fundamentally new technique which whitens teeth without making them sensitive and keeps them
from drying out. Tooth whitening involves a chemical technique to correct discoloration of the teeth by removing yellow and brown staining. The strength of the substance is adjusted to suit the condition and sensitivity of the teeth. With the help of this new technique the molecules from the whitening agent embed themselves into the enamel. This avoids the usual problem that causes the sensitivity of the teeth.
Immediate
The teeth are cleaned thoroughly with an ultrasound device, then polished and whitened. The immediate whitening is a one hour process with immediate result.
Pro-home Kit (tray based)
A transparent and lean tray is made from a dental imprint along with a kit for the patient to wear for 14 nights.
TOOTH JEWELS
Precious stones, semi-precious stones or synthetic stones are put into the teeth or fillings. More expensive jewels require a sophisticated procedure to keep them in place with complete security. Synthetic stones may be glued to teeth without damage and can be removed at any time, at home.
VENEERS
Veneers are used to recover gaps, stains, and damage of the teeth. They can improve the shape and position of your teeth. Veneers are thin layers of porcelain placed over the front surface of a tooth and fitted precisely. After this treatment the teeth look much straighter, whiter, and more even.
The lumineer is the discovery of the twenty-first century and the latest Hollywood chic. This special kind of veneer is very strong and much thinner (as thin as a contact lens) than traditional veneers. The main advantage of this
treatment is that it requires no tooth preparation. Therefore it is more often reversible than traditional veneers, which require large alterations of the natural structure of the tooth. Not all dentists offer the Lumineer technique because
they need to be registered with the company that manufactures them. We are not aware of any other dental clinic offering this technique in Hungary.
Crowns are artificial caps put on decayed, much-filled or broken teeth to protect them from further damage and
improve their appearance. The artificial crown is fitted to the shape your other teeth to make it look natural. Depending on the tooth and other factors the crown will last for many years. While the permanent crown is being prepared a temporary metal of plastic crown is placed over the tooth. Bridges are a set of artificial teeth. The teeth are supported by permanently fixing to healthy teeth supporting. Bridges are used to replace the missing teeth, repairing appearance and function.

Dentourist only uses implants whose long term safety we are sure of, but they may be manufactured in any country. Implants are used to replace a missing tooth or teeth, or even all of the teeth from the upper or lower jaw. It is the most modern and convenient solution. It is important not to connect implants to the original teeth, which can cause several problems, including damage to the bone structure. Implants may be used to fix loose teeth or as an aid to braces. It is possible to carry out an implantation even if the bone is insufficient, by increasing bone volume. We also provide immediate loaded implants. In every case, we make all the necessary examinations to decide what type of implant and what course of treatment is best for our patients.
Dentures are a way to replace missing teeth. They are removable replacements for your teeth and provide the same appearance and function as natural teeth. They may be made immediately after the tooth has been extracted.
Partial dentures replace one or more missing teeth.
Full dentures are used when there are no teeth left in the upper or lower jaw.
FILLINGS
INLAYS & ONLAYS
Inlays and onlays have the same function as fillings. They are made in a laboratory and then attached to the tooth with special adhesive. Inlays and onlays are recommended in the case of substantial tooth decay because they are better looking, longer lasting and more tissue-friendly than fillings.

Since oral surgery requires an extremely sterile environment we always work with the latest materials. This minimizes the recovery time. We use soft laser and out of the surgical lasers we use diode and co2 lasers. Due to these laser techniques we avoid cutting and bleeding. These techniques allow the procedure to be done in the dentist’s chair rather than in a hospital.
