GUIDE

STEP 1

Our relationship begins with a simple inquiry where we understand your needs. This happens by phone, mail or email. Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed description of the treatments you are interested in, and within 72 hours you will receive an individualized treatment plan customized to your exact needs.

STEP 2

If your treatment requires a consultation, you can either get the X-ray in your country on your own and send it to us, essentially skipping the first visit here, or we take an X-ray at the consultation once you are in Hungary.

STEP 3

The treatment can begin on the day of the consultation or on a day convenient for you.

STEP 4

Our service includes an English speaking personal assistant who helps in planning your visit and who will assist you at our clinic before, during and after the procedure making sure that everything goes smoothly. This service is optional and free of charge. We will be happy to help you with the following:

booking flights,

booking hotels,

transfers to and from the airport,

organizing sightseeing tours and other activities,

assistance during your stay in Hungary.

STEP 5

After your discharge we will give a detailed guide about the aftercare steps you need to do at home and a certificate of the procedure.
